The Living Lunch Box

What do you get when two beautiful minds who are passionate about sharing their love for healthy food and healthy living come together? The Living Lunchbox!

Every Tuesday, Nicole and Tyler (the founders) prepare and deliver high quality, fresh, organic, nutritious and deliscious lunches to workplaces all across Sydney.

So how does it work? If you head to their website www.thelivinglunchbox.com you can sign up to receive their weekly menu via email. You will then have until 5pm on Monday to round up those who will be ordering their beautiful lunches at your workplace/office. Once you're ready you can proceed to order through their extremely user friendly website (see above). There is a $50 minimum per delivery destination.

Today I was in Bondi so I was able to finally test out 'the living lunch box' and let me tell you it was worth every moment of the wait! Nicole and Tyler aim to provide food that is nourishing for the body, mind and soul which they have certainly achieved. I now have one of the many happy tummys across Sydney this Tuesday! Thankyou 'Living Lunch Box' for my beautiful lunch :)

Ramsgate Foodies Market

The Ramsgate foodies market is one of my favourite weekend destinations. It boasts a wide variety of extremely fresh, great quality produce whilst maintaining a warm community feel. The markets are open every Saturday from 8am-1pm and are held at Ransgate primary school.
This week I got a box full of seasonal fruit and veg, dried fruit, seeds and some absolutely incredible herbs and loose leaf teas. The teas I chose were 'Acai Goji Berry' and 'Mexican Mango'. They are absolutely Devine!

The foodies markets have fresh fruits and vegetables, organic honey, desserts, meals, juices, nuts, dried fruits, clothing, specialised meats, seafood, coffee, flowers, seeds, plants, teas, cakes, vegetarian meals, sauces, oils, soaps and much more!

There is something so magical about buying produce straight from the hands of the person who grew it. The bright colours, the excited atmosphere and the rich aromas truly make this little market a winner.
