Why stretch?

Stretching is so commonly put at the bottom of the to do list or rushes past.. However, it holds so many incredible benefits for your body! So I wanted to give you a few important reasons to motivate you to hit the floor and stretch it out!


1. Has been shown to increase circulation
2. Increases range of motion which in turn will help to prevent injuries
3. Has been proven to increase strength and performance when training
4. Aids in recovery
5. Improves posture
6. Has been suggested to reduce stress, both physical and emotional
7. Benefits the function of all organs


So as you can see, 10 minutes a day can seriously improve your help! Ensure your holding your stretches for at least 20 seconds, and breathe slowly as you deepen the stretch bit by bit!
